Nursing
Private duty nursing in the comfort of your own home. When care needs become more complex, InnaCare Concierge Nursing provides the level of support your loved one requires—delivered where they want it most, not in a nursing home or hospital, but in the safety and comfort of their own home.
InnaCare Nursing
Many medical conditions can be effectively managed in the home under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Most people feel more comfortable recovering in their own home, where they receive personalised care with greater privacy and fewer interruptions throughout the day and night. That’s why InnaCare Concierge Nursing offers in-home medical and healthcare services across many communities.
When individuals and families require care provided by private duty nurses, we’re here to help. Our extensive team of experienced healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), specialise in pre-operative to post-operative care, acute and chronic care, as well as palliative and end-of-life care.

Our Process
How does InnaCare Nursing work?
First, our Care Solutions team conducts an initial phone consultation to understand your healthcare needs and to determine if a self-directed care programme is suitable.
Next, an RN Client Success Manager carries out a comprehensive care consultation to assess your specific needs and preferences, and liaises with your doctor to review the care plan.
Your dedicated Staffing Specialist and Client Success Manager then identify the most appropriate clinician based on your individual care requirements and preferences, and coordinate and oversee the care provided by our clinicians.
We’re expert matchmakers.
Our carefully vetted team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) enables us to match clients with private duty nurses tailored to their specific needs.
You can be confident that each of our nurses meets the following minimum requirements:
-
Holds a current professional licence
-
Has been thoroughly vetted for skills and competency
-
Possesses at least two years’ experience

FAQs
What’s the difference between InnaCare Home Care and InnaCare Concierge Nursing?
InnaCare Home Care offers a range of non-medical in-home services, including companionship, assistance with personal care and other activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as Memory Care at Home. InnaCare Home Care manages the care relationship and supervises and trains employed home carers.
InnaCare Concierge Nursing, on the other hand, provides medical care at home to support more complex cases or clients who require a higher level of care from a licensed nurse.
Who provides your care?
The care provider depends on the individual needs of each client. We carefully match every client with the ideal professional from our thoroughly vetted team of experienced care specialists, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
How do you vet the nurses you employ?
Our clinicians undergo a thorough vetting process, including multiple interviews with our team. We verify that each nurse holds a current licence to practise and confirm that no disciplinary actions have been taken against them. Throughout the care period, we continually monitor patient progress and collect feedback on clinician performance to ensure the best possible match and outcome.
